Our Real Estate Help

Plenty! Our real estate team will work side by side with you to find and build out your new franchise, pairing you with construction experts who will have access to standard plans and specifications for our restaurants. You’ll also be provided with important vendor sources for all the furniture, lighting, and equipment you’ll need to outfit your franchises.

Our franchise team has decades of experience and uses it to evaluate any potential location for your new restaurant. We factor in considerations like ease of access, available parking, competition, and various other criteria before we both decide on the right place to open your Church’s Texas Chicken® restaurant.

Our Ideal Candidate

Yes, we like to see franchise candidates who have a solid background in the QSR industry, who know how exciting and challenging it can be, and who are ready to take their experience to the next level with a Church’s Texas Chicken® opportunity. However, if you do not have QSR experience, you can bring someone on the team (Operating Principal) at a minimum 10% partner.
