Through webinars and phone calls, you’ll have a chance to learn more about the programs and processes we’ve developed to train and support you and your team as a Church’s Texas Chicken® franchise owner. We’ll go over everything from pre-opening training to on-site visits and will ensure you understand the importance and value of these resources, as well as the role they play in your success.

You’ve signed your Franchise Agreement, paid your one-time franchise fee, and are getting ready to start your pre-opening training, which we’ll schedule now. We’re excited to bring you up to speed on everything you’ll need to know to begin serving our wholesome and handcrafted menu items to your community!
Now you and your team will enjoy comprehensive pre-opening training that includes workshops, seminars, and up to 150+ hours of in-restaurant training that culminates in the certification of your restaurant’s assistant and general managers. You’ll also benefit from our franchise real estate team, made up of experts who know what to look for in the perfect Church’s Texas Chicken® locations. They factor in considerations like demographics, traffic patterns, accessibility, and more before they help you settle on the right locations to build out.
Our construction team will also provide you with standard plans and specifications for each restaurant you develop, and you’ll benefit from important vendor relationships that will help you furnish each new location with the bright and cheerful décor that defines our brand. You’ll also have access to approved vendors for the wholesome ingredients you’ll use to prepare all our popular menu items.
